Farmaceutica REMEDIA ( trading symbol RMAH) has been awarded for the third year in a row the top score, 10, in VEKTOR’s 2023 investor communication assessment conducted by the Romanian Investor Relations Association (ARIR). This recognition underlines the company’s continued commitment to transparency, clarity and open relations with investors and shareholders.
VEKTOR by ARIR, the investor communication indicator for listed companies, was calculated by ARIR for the first time in 2019 and revised in 2023 for the Main Market, based on 10 criteria in line with international best practices in investor relations (IR). The 10 criteria included in the VEKTOR by ARIR 2023 methodology for the Main Market are: Dedicated financial results conferences; Investor access to conferences; Availability of conference call recording/transcript on the issuer’s website; Bilingual conferences – Romanian and English; Provision of financial results in an easy-to-process format; Non-financial reporting; Company management presentation; Company policies – remuneration and dividends; Investor events; Investor presentation.
VEKTOR results for the year 2023 are available on each issuer’s page of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) website, and aggregate data for all companies are available in the VEKTOR indicator section of the ARIR website.
