Farmaceutica Remedia was present today at the Forum by ARIR through our ESG officer, Cora Țăruș. An event with substance, organized in the distinctive ARIR style – professional, applied and up up-to-date with the topics that are relevant for listed companies.

One of the key topics discussed: the gender balance in the management of listed companies, in the context of the new legislation (Law no. 11/2025, which transposes EU Directive 2022/2381), but also of the updates brought by the new Corporate Governance Code of the BVB and the guide recently issued by ARIR on this topic.

For Remedia, these legislative and market developments are a clear signal. We are already in the process of developing a dedicated gender equity policy at governance level as part of our commitment to accountability and transparency. We see this stage not just as a formal obligation, but as an opportunity for internal reflection and balanced building – realistically, with concrete steps.
