One of the key topics discussed: the gender balance in the management of listed companies, in the context of the new legislation (Law no. 11\/2025, which transposes EU Directive 2022\/2381), but also of the updates brought by the new Corporate Governance Code of the BVB and the guide recently issued by ARIR on this topic.<\/p>\n
