{"id":21553,"date":"2020-11-12T17:25:54","date_gmt":"2020-11-12T17:25:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.remedia.ro\/?p=21553"},"modified":"2021-09-08T16:10:26","modified_gmt":"2021-09-08T16:10:26","slug":"2020-nine-months-report","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/corporate.remedia.ro\/en\/2020-nine-months-report\/","title":{"rendered":"2020 Nine Months Report"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\t\t\t\t\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Board of Directors of Farmaceutica REMEDIA S.A. informs that the Report for\nthe 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Quarter of 2020, consolidated &#8211; the full version &#8211; is\navailable on its own website&nbsp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.remedia.ro\/investitori\/informatii-financiare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.remedia.ro<\/a> and&nbsp; in the link <a href=\"https:\/\/www.remedia.ro\/en\/investors-2-2\/company-financials\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.remedia.ro\/en\/investors-2-2\/company-financials\/<\/a>.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During 01.01.2020 \u2013 30.09.2020, the commercial company Farmaceutica REMEDIA S.A. recorded the following consolidated financial results:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.remedia.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/image-15.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21554\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The economic &#8211; financial indicators on 30.09.2020 are presented in the following table:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.remedia.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/image-16.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21555\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Notes<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><sup>1) <\/sup><strong>Current liquidity<\/strong> \u2013 the indicator\nlevel reflects a good payment capacity, therefore a reduced risk for creditors\nin case of FR, certifying that the company is able to cover their short-term\ndebts based on receivables and cash availabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><sup>2) <\/sup><strong>Degree of indebtedness<\/strong> expresses\nthe effectiveness of credit risk management, indicating potential financing,\nliquidity problems, with influences in honouring the assumed commitments. In the case of both companies there is no risk. In\nthe calculation of this indicator, the borrowed capital comprises both bank\ncredits, and financial leasing debts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><sup>3) <\/sup><strong>Turnover\nspeed for client debit items <\/strong>expresses company effectiveness in collecting\nits receivables, respectively the number of days until the date on which\ndebtors pay their debts to the company.
