For the second year in a row, Farmaceutica REMEDIA has received the highest score in the VEKTOR assessment, the investor communication indicator for listed companies

Farmaceutica REMEDIA received the highest score – 10, in the VEKTOR evaluation, an evaluation conducted annually by ARIR (Association for Investor Relations at the Romanian Stock Exchange).

The VEKTOR indicator assesses the activity of companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in terms of corporate governance and communication with investors. For 2022, the assessment was made on the basis of a methodology comprising 12 criteria, aiming at transparency and accessibility of information for investors.

Farmaceutica REMEDIA is one of the 16 companies that achieved the highest score, alongside Antibiotice, Aquila, Banca Transilvania, BRD, Bursa de Valori București, IMPACT Developer & Contractor, MedLife, OMV Petrom, One United Properties, Purcari, Nuclearelectrica, Romgaz, Electrica, Sphera Franchise Group, TeraPlast.

The positive evolution of the rating obtained (2019 – 8.5; 2020 – 9.5; 2021 – 10) and the preservation of the top rating in 2022, demonstrates the importance Farmaceutica REMEDIA is giving to its shareholders and investors and its communication with them, by adopting the best communication practices and instruments.

VEKTOR results for 2022 are available on each issuer’s page on the website of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE), and aggregate data for all companies are available in the VEKTOR indicator section of the ARIR website.

Farmaceutica REMEDIA SA, present for over 30 years on the pharmaceutical market and for 27 years on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, currently operates 24 of its own retail units in 5 counties, (especially in the counties of Hunedoara, Alba and Sibiu) and engross distribution with Farmaceutica REMEDIA Distribution & Logistics SRL, which also offers logistics services through six nationwide logistics centers, registration, marketing and medical promotion.
