Dear investors,
Farmaceutica REMEDIA S.A. will distribute the dividends for financial year 2014 during the period of 18.09.2015 – 15.04.2018 to the shareholders registerred at the date of 15.09.2015 in the Shareholders Register. The brutto value of the dividend/share is 0,015 lei and the distribution of the dividends will be effected, through the Central Depository, as follows:
- The shareholders having their account opened with a broker, will receive the dividends in their acccount open with the broker;
- In case the shareholders who do not have an acccount open with the broker, the payment of the dividends will be effected by the Central Depository through Banca Transilvania – the payment agent of Farmaceutica REMEDIA S.A. The dividends may be collected either in the personal account indicated and transmited by the shareholder to The Central Depository by the IBAN code collection form available on the website www.depozitarulcentral.ro accompanied by the documents mentioned in the Procedure for the distribution of dividents, or in cash, at the agencies/branches of Bancii Transilvania alover the country.The Procedure for the distribution of dividends is available on https://www.remedia.ro/informatii-investitori/dividende/
